We _OPERATE A THERAPEUTIC MODEL OF CARE_ in our centres which are
based in the Dun Laoghaire/Monkstown area of Co. Dublin.
With a clear focus on this therapeutic model, our Social Care Workers
work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide the _BEST_ care
for our service users.
The Social Care Worker salary scale applies plus premium payments for
unsocial hours worked
All applicants must have a diploma or degree in Social Care and
experience of residential care.
